大家好
小弟又上來分享一些健康減重的分享
9/10~10/26
體重從88.6kg瘦到82.3kg
體脂肪重27.466kg (31%)~20.575kg (25%)
10/27~11/23
體重從82.3~79.5kg
體脂肪重20.575kg (25%)~17.885kg (23.5%)
11/24~7/29
體重從79.5~74kg
體脂肪重17.885kg(23.5%)~13.2kg (17.8%)
為何這半年以來體重下降的慢呢?
因為在11月有初步的成效以及把運動當成是每天的習慣之後
我就健康的吃三餐吃到飽
朋友有約吃飯喝酒我也會參加
我相信反正持之以恆,變成熱愛運動
也不要為了減肥斤斤計較體重和體脂肪
身心平衡的健康習慣我才能持續一輩子!!
分享一下我的運動組合
1.重訓(大肌群)1hr +body combat or 攀岩
2.Body pump + Yoga 結束之後高爾夫練球(五盒)
3.高爾夫練習場練球(五盒~七盒)
4.Body combat + Body balance
6.Body combat + Body balance
7.隔周Body pump + Yoga
現在習慣一動態搭配一靜態的運動
因為健身房重訓都要排很久
所以直接用pump來替代
(我相當推pump,但一定要定期挑戰自己加重量還有姿勢要對)
說說養成習慣之後的改變
1.高爾夫driver下盤有力以及核心變強的狀況下
增加了40碼左右,7號鐵杆距離也增加25碼
2.攀岩可以2上2下(當然前臂還是爆炸)
3.不駝背,下背不疼痛,省下按摩的錢
4.去海邊玩就不會遮遮掩掩,有少許的線條了
5.以前的褲子一條一條穿回來,省下治裝費
另外也分享一下飲食
早上:吃媽媽的愛心便當(五穀飯+水煮肉+一堆青菜) 量無限制超大便當
中午:媽媽愛心三明治 or小七低卡便當+生菜沙拉+茶葉蛋
晚上:隨意(有聚餐參加,沒有就自助餐or小七便當)
下午點心:蘋果一顆+桃子一顆+小番茄10顆
假日不限制吃法,炸物啤酒調酒麻辣鍋燒烤有想到好吃就去吃不忌口
PS:像這一陣子壓力很大所以酒喝的多...
現在我完全不在意體重和體脂肪
我只看鏡子裡面自己身體的線條
我相信健康的生活,你的身體會和你自己講話
說"我好有力,好舒服好健康"
假日吃太多怎辦?
那就下禮拜操回來阿XD
另外給大家一個分享
作重訓和有氧一陣子之後
可以玩一些競技類的運動
你會發現你的表現會進步很多
這樣運動絕對不會枯燥
而且除了減肥以外還有可以附加更多的價值
會很有成就感和動力的!!
還有就是核心和大腿真的超級重要
在打高爾夫的時候都覺得胸肌只是裝飾用
核心和下盤才是真正王道!!
