因為夏天到了 小弟從四月多又開始在家健身
時間大約是每星期一.三.五 ㄧ邊看康熙一邊健身
健身內容是
伏地挺身30下 然後站姿滾輪10下
>>伏地挺身10下>> 跪姿滾輪30下>>伏地挺身10下>>仰臥起坐30下
幾個月下來 胸肌跟腹肌樣子都有點出來了
可是小弟有幾個問題想請問各位達人
1. 我的胸肌偏圓形 無法像其他人這樣四四方方的
是我伏地挺身姿勢錯了嗎?
2. 我站著的時候肚子是平的 可是駝背坐著小腹還是有團肉
很想砍掉他 吼!!!!
3. 各位達人們在家還有什麼健身方式可以給我好的建議嗎
