看了原po的文章以後
我覺得是原po的練習量太大了
才會讓身體對食物產生如此強烈的需求感...
可以試著減少一些慢跑的量看看??
也有可能是因為還年輕,代謝好
不然像我這32歲的老頭就算跑完7km
也不會有很想大吃一頓的感覺說 orz
但我回想起我大學時代
每次下午去打完桌球,晚餐也常常會失控呢...
