晚餐以後的水果 - 健身

我九點吃了1個橘子 可是現在好餓啊!!!
我有吃超過基代縮!
是不是水喝得不夠多?
其實我無法分辨脹氣和肚子餓....
我今天吃了以下食物:
早:1個貝果+生菜+1片低脂起司+250CC豆漿+160CC愛之味蜂蜜燕麥
午:烤肉飯便當(配菜吃了1格芥菜+1格竹筍片+半格馬鈴薯咖哩)
+1支去皮雞腿+半個皮蛋(這兩樣都是今天為了幫別人解決才吃的><)
晚:2份大燕麥片+1個比拳頭大的蘋果+200CC低脂牛奶+160CC愛之味
然後今天只做了核心的練習15min腹部+5min plank
然後運動完吃橘子!!!!!
就餓了.........................哈哈哈
