慢跑後~~~就被餓死鬼附身?! - 健身

標題就是我這週的體驗,起先我還沒發覺,直到昨晚跑完9K後,我搶食家人晚餐時~
當我媽暍斥我放下我哥的晚餐,而我又轉身去冰箱偷拿他明天的早餐時~~
他們決定好好跟我懇談一番.....
本週以前,我每天進食熱量大約是1800-2200卡,我偏好調味清淡的家庭餐,
但因進食"量"非常大(我吃燙青菜和雞胸肉都是以斤計),所以總熱量絕對沒有高估~
運動部分 11月份只有 每週: 健走慢跑5-6HR
10月份大概 每週: 游泳3-4HR 健走慢跑5-6HR
9月份大概 每週: 游泳5-6HR 重訓2HR
12月份第一週的運動量是 游泳3HR 慢跑7HR 就跑二天游一天,不含熱身緩和100分鐘這樣
飲食熱量已經不復計算
但我的確深深體會了何謂:"青夭"(台語)的感覺,
我還記得練跑第二天,跑完後我吃自帶吐司,卻因為太心急而掉了半片在地上,當下我迅
速地把它撿起來(不能亂丟垃圾!),然後拍一拍再塞到嘴裡!!!(掩面),
我可是在戶外啊(嚎咷~),那天下過雨後地上還濕濕的......
雖然事後想起來自己都覺得很恐怖(吐司上還有不是全麥的黑點點),但是當下的那種饑餓
感,那種不顧一切想吃東西的激越情緒,至今還血淋淋活生生的印在心裡,
實在是太恐怖了~~
我很擔心自己是不是生病了,因為我媽和我哥都這樣認為,但除此之外我的日常生活沒有
什麼改變啊~ 除了餓的快.吃的多.睡的非常好以外,工作和學習表現沒啥異常~
還是這是正常的狀況嗎? 但是我2年前練泳時,就算每天游5000M也沒這麼好食慾~
真的是非常苦惱啊~~~~
我哥說我是要正式進化成男性了,所以開始經歷男性發育期,要不然他實在無法接受
會有一個搶他食物的妹妹...... 弟弟比較合理是這樣嗎? (偷瞄領口確認中......)
