你是閒錢很多的人嗎?
你是自己鍛鍊就會偷懶需要別人逼的人嗎?
如果不是我覺得不用
因為健身對大部分的人來說 持之以恆比請教練重要多了
先有點興趣再來考慮請教練
現在網路知識很多 綜合參考從低風險輕重量做起就好
這種一定要請教練的風潮
就跟念書一定要補習是一樣的
一來補習班(健身房)多
再來看人家有請就一定要請的心態造成
而這種人
通常都練超不過三個月
