也想在這裡詢問一下,我也是在台中某健身房購買了教練課程有幾個月之久了,一開始我表示我想要學習如何練到我的背部,因為我在健身也剛踏入沒多久,而背更是弱中之弱,在這之後教練就給我安排了一系列的靠牆伸展動作(好像就是wall
slide),到目前為止我似乎能夠拉的程度有稍微進步了一點,但是我還是不知道該怎麼練背…而且我還想減脂,所以有試著安排一些機械式器材跟之後的有氧跑步,但是一開始那些拉伸系列已經吃掉我快1個半小時,做之後的進度我每天都得很晚才能回家,所以我現在很納悶,是我真的太羸弱嗎,因為我真的越來越感到洩氣了…(那家健身房的教練課程好像都會要學員做靠牆伸展動作)
