沒辦法...我天生就沒辦法腳掌放平全蹲...因為不用槓!平常蹲下!我百分之百也會往後倒!
哈...不是青蛙腿...但就是沒辦法腳掌方放平全蹲..所以我才會問這個問題.....
但我還是有個疑問!像黃教練他全蹲就像推文有人說膝蓋超過腳尖這樣不會容易受傷嗎?
一般蹲舉都大概是像坐椅子一樣!一定會有向後的力量..要維持平衡.....
而且越重越要維持平衡才不會向後倒....像樓上所說會越來越向前傾?這我倒是真的沒
體驗過..........
