我聽我一個有在上健身房的同學說
常常跑步會消耗肌肉
如果想增強肌力的話
練重訓且不要太跑步
但是最近我開始練而且練的是肌耐力
一次做三組50 30 20
但是練了兩個禮拜反而覺得腳力變差了
請問問題在哪邊呢?
我有再喝一種營養品
不完全算高蛋白奶粉
一般高蛋白每100g理面好像含60g蛋白
我那個只有20g
各位大大是我練法錯了嗎?
