tanita體脂計的數字很誇張 - 減肥

自從立志減肥後,我每天都會量體重,用的是tanita體脂計
雖然我知道體重在一兩天之內起起浮浮是很正常的,但體脂也會這樣嗎?
我曾經第一天量40%,到了第2天變46%,第5天變35%,
問題是我這幾天的飲食內容都大同小異,體重數字也沒太大改變
為什麼在體脂這一項會有這麼大起伏?
這算是正常情況,還是我的機器壞掉該換一台了?
