今天說,不靠藥物、不刻意節食,實行代謝平衡減肥生涯,4
個月內從84公斤變成67公斤,瘦17公斤;實行這樣的祕訣,台
灣大學副校長陳泰然也成功減肥。

洪泰雄分享祕訣時表示,代謝平衡一開始是「身體準備期」,
為期2天,主要協助身體充分做好準備,讓後續的飲食改造計畫
順利進行;接下來就要嚴格遵守代謝平衡守則,牢記「35921」
口訣。
洪泰雄說,身體準備期是先清腸,將腸胃累積的脂肪及毒素清除
以利後續飲食調整;在清腸的2天裡,以全蔬果餐為飲食內容,
但非隨意吃,而是1天內,選擇水果、蔬菜、馬鈴薯其1做為當天
3餐的內容,且在準備期內絕對不吃蛋白質食物及零食,目的是
不讓身體吃太飽,影響食物的代謝。
洪泰雄說,接下來是30天嚴格遵守代謝平衡守則,口訣是
「35921」,3是1天只吃3餐,先吃蛋白質,再吃蔬菜,最後吃水
果;5是指餐與餐間隔5小時;9是指拒絕宵夜,晚上9時前吃完晚
餐;2是每天最少喝2000cc的水;1是每天早餐1顆蘋果。
洪泰雄說,不管是不是外食族,只要掌握這個口訣,就能事半功
倍。他提醒,餐餐都要有蛋白質,先吃蛋白質目的在於啟動消化
酵素,且每餐蛋白質與蔬果的比率要設定在蛋白質占40%、蔬菜
水果占60%。1000510

我也用飲食控制的方法變瘦的,
但是當時沒注意到吃東西的順序問題耶,
不知道有沒有版友有體驗的?
其實控制少吃糖、飲料,多喝水
好像熱量控制成功一半的感覺 XD
只是外食族要多吃到菜、又不油膩
有一點挑戰
