ViPR跟TRX一樣是利用一些簡單的器材所進行的體適能訓練,
不同於TRX的懸吊繩,ViPR是運用一根大型塑膠軟管進行各種運動,
融合啞鈴、槓鈴、壺鈴等器材的特性所設計出來,
重量分布在4KG到20KG,共有七種規格大小,
最近才剛剛引進台灣進行第一批的教練培訓,
