剛看到這影片,覺得滿有趣的
針對那些提倡運動要持續一段時間的說法
影片中間提出另外一種完全不一樣的運動方法
(原理有需要的話請自己看影片 大概就是欺騙身體之類的)
1.20秒為一組 全力衝刺
2.一次做三組 總共1分鐘
3.一周作3次 總共3分鐘
主持人做了4周 總共12分鐘
影片中還有提供運動前跟運動後血液分解血糖的速度對照表
感覺適合沒有耐心運動的人一個新方法
我個人是覺得全力衝刺很累 可能也是因為這樣效果才會好
有時間的話 我還是會選出去外面悠閒的騎半個小時的車XD
