跳舞/有氧 - 健身

想請問如果是邊看DVD練舞,跳有氧等運動時不得已要用無線耳機以避免吵到他人
該怎麼選擇呢?
用單邊藍芽好像比較活動自如,但要交替不同邊帶
用耳罩式的話,比較重,而且好像就會一直不經意地注意頭頂部...隨時怕會掉下來
