大家晚安~
現在每周騎約2~3次20~30分鐘的X-Bike
但是想加強背部線條的曲線,
目前是鎖定了皮拉提斯...
版友分享了不少影片,但是都是需要器材orz
請問大家建議是在X-Bike之前還是之後?
或者 有甚麼其他加強背部線條的運動可以推薦呢?
