身高168..腿長又屬於短腿一族...
目前是將坐墊高度調在露出3個孔洞的位置(19807)
因為如果露出最多4個孔洞的話...坐墊就會有一種懸空的搖晃感 很恐怖...
訓練一陣子 覺得好像都是膝蓋和小腿比較痠
最想瘦的大腿內側 不知道為什麼運動完都沒有痠的感覺
目前騎乘的姿勢,是依照爬文心得的理解,歸納如下:
(1) 上半身放鬆打直(腰要直),扶著手把(不趴騎...這點跟一般自行車不同)
(2) 踏板踩到底要能微彎(這點比較有疑惑...)
因為每次到底腳快要打直的時候,膝蓋就會比較有痠痛感)
(但是如果讓踏板到底時 腳彎曲度較大...膝蓋的負荷反而有減輕感?)
(3) 遵守轉速勝於阻力
(4) 鞋子完全合進踏板,不鬆動。用腳最寬的地方踩踏板,
(用[後腳根]去帶動腿,不是用[腳尖]去帶)
(5) [屁股稍微往前坐],讓屁股和大腿之間凹下去的那個地方,輕輕的扣著椅墊前源,
(這樣踩的時候大腿的肉就不會撞到椅墊)
(6) 確遵「推(壓)、拖、拉」;「拖」「拉」才是踩踏的精髓
踩踏的重心放在大腿要提,
--> 一直沒有辦法完全領悟,還請大家提示...
因為很希望在小腿不要變粗(膝蓋不要受傷的情況下)
