BMI:28.62(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:41.5(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:飯糰加豆漿或土司加桂格大燕麥片一杯
午餐:飯一碗三菜一肉或乾麵餛飩湯
晚餐:飯八分一菜一肉(燙青菜)水果一天吃兩份
其他:偶爾會吃蛋糕餅乾之類甜點(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
晚上12點多睡早上7點多起床
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
業務員
運動習慣:
每週兩次 每次一小時的有氧舞蹈(我不太跳得起來都半走半跳)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
因為年輕時觀念不好 有兩次使用針灸加節食的方式減下八公斤和六公斤
但因溜溜球效應已經造成 所以體重越來越增加 體脂肪也是
前年檢查出有脂肪肝而且是中度了
為了健康和好看的身形 想要能好好的減掉多餘的脂肪
大家能幫我看看 我該怎麼做嗎?
