X-bike轉速提昇問題 - 健身

我目前騎x-bike約一個月,每週至少有三至五天騎,一次一小時。
平均來說,我的x-bike時速約30-32,但轉速只有2,
我試過轉速3很多次,但一直失敗,踩了大概三至五分鐘,就會累到腿抬不起來
只好再調回轉速3。
爬過文,發現好多人轉速都是3-5,覺得自己進步的空間還好大
可是也覺得有點納悶,不曉得大家都是怎麼讓自己提高轉速的?
有沒有什麼方法呢?
