剛剛試騎
阻力8 設卡路里300(我知道不準 只是設一個目標試試)
RPM大約維持70-75左右
這樣心跳到128-133之間 (也上不去了)
騎到10分鐘才有點熱 15分鐘滲汗 20~25才正式出汗
全程都不會喘
騎完也不會喘 休息10秒~15秒又恢復正常狀態
可能真的要退貨了,有板友有任何退/換貨經驗的嗎?
或請他幫我調特別緊?
另外,有推薦別家的bike,方便移動的嗎? 3Q~~
