x_bike這樣的運動量夠嗎? - 健身

我身高164,體重約56,
想問問自己目前的狀況到底算不算"運動"
我跟同事說我有在踩x-bike,
他們聽了我的狀態之後說:妳那種程度不算運動,
那個○○○在fb動態那種跑10k才算運動。
我自己踩bike到現在約一年半,
體重沒有太大改變,上半身有瘦一點,
下半身完全沒變(同一條褲子沒有比較鬆,小腿圍沒變)
我一星期約踩3~5天,生理期前三天會停
每次1小時,每30分鐘會休息約10分鐘,
阻力調3,一小時的距離約32公里左右,
最近半年想加重一些,踩bike的這一個小時內,
會把其中的10~12公里調到阻力4,(這樣約花20分鐘)
心跳在阻力3時約100,調到阻力4會到120~130,
上面這樣的程度我踩完都不會喘,
請問這樣到底算不算運動呢?(另外問這算有氧嗎?)謝謝
(因為腳踝有舊傷,看過中西醫都不建議跑步…所以買bike踩)
