大家好! 上次說的Zumba免費教學活動來了!
時間: 2013/01/05(星期六) 下午4:15 - 5:30
地點: 永和貝倫思瑜珈律動教室 (新北市永和區中正路434號3樓)

活動內容: 由本人我(coldgoddess)帶的約70min Zumba拉丁有氧活動
我是Zumba Instructor Network的新出爐官方認證Zumba教練

很希望把這個有趣又有效的有氧運動傳達給大家!
適逢回台灣度假, 加上感謝熱心的貝倫思A Ben願意提供我們場地
希望大家能來參與, 感受Big Party Fitness的威力!
舞蹈內容結合簡單有趣的Salsa,Merengue,Reggeaton,Cumbia,寶來塢
不會跳舞也能順利跟大家一起玩有氧玩健身 :)
因為場地大小的關係, 我們Fitness版友開放12名推文報名(沒滿照開)
無法參加的朋友也沒關係, 我事後會拍編舞影片分享
請要參加的版友推文"我要參加"
前12名請寄站內信告訴我你的稱呼和ptt之外的email
我會告知參加者詳細的注意事項(鞋子 服裝 物品等等)
再次感謝貝倫思願意當我們的場地贊助, 也請大家去他們網頁逛逛
也謝謝版友熱情相挺讓我有教學練習的機會~
