早餐:市售白饅頭夾蛋+小豆漿一杯
午餐:自助餐便當一個,會夾三種顏色的蔬菜以及一隻魯雞腿,飯量為正常的一半
(蔬菜會夾晚餐吃不到的蔬菜)
(自助餐裡唯一看的到本來形狀的肉就只有魯雞腿跟炸雞腿阿 爆炸)
晚餐: 1. 電鍋煮的無鹽蔬菜鍋──紅蘿蔔1/3根、白蘿蔔1/4根、綠花椰或白花椰菜4朵
木耳一大片、地瓜兩小根或白飯一碗、
帶肉排骨三小塊燉湯用,肉量約一百克
其他:午點吃一包蘇打餅乾
運動完喝一盒巧克力牛奶或豆漿+香蕉一根
日常作息時間:12點左右睡覺~7點半起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
1. 一周2~3次快走,速度約走到喘到幾乎無法講話,一秒鐘三~四步,時間約30分鐘到40分鐘,
其中前10分鐘熱身+後五分鐘緩和時慢走操場,一秒鐘兩步
拉筋時間另計
持續3個月
因為心臟有點問題,沒有辦法慢跑,雖然我快走到很想跑起來,但試過一跑就快升天了
2. 鄭多燕一週一次,啞鈴操或小紅帽二擇一
(主要是為了減緩腰酸背痛,我作鄭多燕沒瘦但對肩頸很有效)
持續三個月
3. 一週1~2次深蹲2組加強腿部肌肉
我的問題:
1. 飲食這樣吃在吃完午、晚餐後三小時經常覺得肚子餓,
但工作形態無法多吃午點只能偷吃餅乾
晚點就靠香蕉來補足,請問如何改善>"<
2. 體重完全沒減輕,體脂肪也幾乎沒有變少
每天固定早上排便後測量,歐姆龍體脂機應該滿準的
運動方面是否有改進的空間??
沒有錢去健身房阿嗚嗚
