「水行俠」的大肌肌怎麼來的?傑森摩莫亞自爆地獄操肌法,最愛這麼「做」
DC 超級英雄大片《水行俠》(Aquaman) 由溫子仁 (James Wan) 執導,傑森摩莫亞
(Jason Momoa) 主演。扮演水行俠的傑森摩莫亞,除了直逼 2 公尺的 193cm 出眾身高
之外,他的一身肌肉亦是影迷看得目不轉睛的重點之一!近日有消息指出,他公開了自己
的「操肌秘法」,採用獨特的「AR7 訓練法」:這是一種利用低重量、低重覆、少休息、
多循環的健身方法。
超逼人的訓練量,替身快崩潰!
摩莫亞一星期會訓練 5 至 6 次,每次至少 2 小時,為了塑造出明確的肌肉線條,他的
訓練套餐主要是複合型訓練:深蹲、硬舉 (Deadlift)、仰臥推舉 (Bench press) 等多關
節、多肌肉群參與的動作。譬如在練大腿、背部、胸部等肌肉時,連帶會訓練到小肌肉群
,如二頭肌和三頭肌等的動作。
以上所提及的動作均對於增加肌肉有很好的效果,而且超強的訓練量令到他的替身一度感
到非常崩潰,因為本尊替身得要身型一致,替身追進度都追傻了。
在 AR7 的健身模式中,你會感到肌肉快速膨脹,具體的健康模式大約如下:健身時間約
30 分鐘;健身組數可設定為 7×7 + 6×6 + 5×5;休息時間分別為 7、6、5 秒。例如
啞鈴側舉 7 下、休息 7秒、繼續舉 7 下再休息 7 秒如此類推,完成 7 組之後休息 1
至 2 分鐘,最後完成整組動作。然後可以選取另一套內容,繼續練其他部位。
「水行俠」比起泡水更愛攀岩
據了解,摩莫亞對健身舉重並不感興趣,比起枯燥乏味的健身室,他更喜歡戶外運動,如
:攀岩、踩單車、游泳、衝浪等,其後他的健身教練也根據他的喜好,開發出他喜愛的健
身動作,就如攀岩就是他每次健身都必練的動作之一!
另外,很多人都會在健身時以飲食配合,達致更有好的效果,而摩莫亞在教練的協助下,
攝取平均每磅體重 1 克的蛋白質,每磅體重 0.5 克的脂肪,其餘就是碳水化合物,牛肉
、魚肉、酪梨和白飯都是他愛吃的食物。
