ㄧ年減重心得(附照) - 健身

從小到大都沒胖過,體型中等,
所以根本不會特別想運動,
飲食也沒有特別控制。
直到ㄧ年多前,看到了這些照片,

我是箭頭指的那位,當時29歲,身高169cm、55kg,體脂29左右。
看得出來已經嚴重超過標準了QQ
整個人很臃腫,
於是開始下定決心運動!
飲食方面:沒有特別算熱量,但開始減少油炸食物,不吃宵夜,飲料只六日喝,而且無糖
。
運動方面:ㄧ週至少三次,每次約ㄧ小時,
前半小時重訓(練腹部、比目魚肌、背、
負重深蹲,每組12下,共五組,重量都選擇自己的極限),後半小時跑步3k。
每次運動都刻意不帶手機,讓自己完全專注在訓練上。
持續ㄧ年多的成果,現在快31歲了,身高依然169cm,體重57kg,體脂23左右。
以下是上週、上個月的近照。

目前身上的肉集中在手臂跟小腿,
持續努力中。老實說,這個過程中,
我還是沒有喜歡運動,運動對我來說很痛苦很累,我只是出於罪惡感去做這件事,
不曉得大家有什麼方法讓運動可以
快樂ㄧ點嗎?QQ
