背小孩時能做的運動 - 健身

其實看這個版已經很久了(從少女時代到兩個孩子的媽。。)
以前可以去健身房或操場快走,還有時間去游泳。現在一打二,每天累的要死,有空時我
只想休息發呆(大的2y7m,小的3m)
常常背小的,我想到的只有做深蹲,可是膝蓋會不舒服。(現在104kg,體脂肪約40%,生
理期前後沒差多少)另外就是在家裡走來走去
隊友工作時間長,大約14小時。大寶晚上一定要我哄睡,所以常常是我一起睡著了,連起
來看書的力氣也沒有。。。
想問問除了深蹲,還可以做什麼動作?(小寶是被揹在身體前面)
雖然知道休息和睡眠很重要,但沒有時間運動和看書更讓我焦慮。
