慢跑呼吸節奏 - 健身

小弟去年慢跑,大概可以跑個四圈1600公尺左右,不過寒假一個月沒跑,結果
一開始恢復跑大概跑七八百公尺就氣喘吁吁心臟跳很快了(幾個月來都是這樣)......
去醫院檢查肺活量跟心臟功能都沒啥問題,想請問一下是我跑步時的呼吸節奏出了甚麼
問題嗎?最恰當的呼吸節奏是如何呢?
在一般的柏油路上跑步會比在學校操場跑步費力嗎?
另外小弟可能在今年底前入伍,想請問一下要如何訓練跑當兵的3000公尺呢?之前最
長也不過接近到兩公里就不行了= =
