最近覺得自己有點胖(161cm/66kg),想運動健肥,殊不知去運動中心測了inbody,體脂
率竟然出現驚人的44.4%啊啊啊啊啊!!!
我贏了嗎?我贏了對吧?!咬鳳梨的一定是我吧!.........orz
請問大家有快速減脂肪的經驗嗎?怎麼做比較有效?看到這個數字真的很崩潰,感覺身體
非常不好,馬上要爆血管了><
目前標是一個月瘦5公斤。規劃是一週運動五天,兩天重訓+兩天皮拉提斯+一天慢跑,每
次一小時
飲食部分,午餐改吃水果+燕麥牛奶,晚餐正常吃,多喝水
請問這樣強度夠嗎?有沒有需要調整的?
Ps.目前人在外面無法附圖,真的有人想看晚上就回在推文中...............orz
