一些關於吃及運動的小問題 - 健身

我是女生,是一個需要大量減肥的女生
身高173,體重9X
以前就一直有上健身房的習慣(約一年多,但是沒有固定天天去,沒有認真減肥的時候大概一個禮拜一次,現在大約一個禮拜4~5次)
所以體重只減了3.4公斤,體脂也只少了2%左右
最近又開始認真減肥,開始改變飲食和作息,也有請教身邊有在健身的人,但是卻讓我越來越混亂,所以想上來請教板友
朋友A:早餐吃香蕉+豆漿,午晚餐吃四菜一肉,如果要吃肉就吃魚或雞肉(不要吃炸的),運動就先有氧再重訓,重訓完再做10分鐘有氧當收操
朋友B:早餐一定要吃的好,要有肉有蛋,午晚餐就正常吃但是不要過量,先重訓再有氧,運動完一定要吃,總之有運動的人要吃的好,如果運動完吃的好那你隔天就不會酸痛。
最好早上運動,因為這樣整天代謝都會很好
A說他四個月瘦了4公斤,體脂少6%
B說一個月少4公斤,體脂少10%
(這需要列上來當參考嗎?)
想請問哪個的觀念比較正確?又或者都不正確(那可以跟我說正確觀念嗎?QQ)
而且我通常都晚上去運動(因為可以在健身房洗澡省熱水... ),這樣運動完還要吃東西嗎?
然後朋友C說可以早午餐吃好,香蕉豆漿當晚餐
不過這三種方式對我都差不多都會餓...
請大家解惑了謝謝
