最近在試某些飲食法
覺得這裡比隔壁版適合分享這些食物
(非專業 無計算卡路里 沒有大重量訓練 女)
常用食材:雞胸肉/sourcream/酪梨/已處理花椰菜
特別推薦:鹽酥雞胡椒鹽(撒花椰菜上吃很療癒)/毛豆(冷凍的很方便餓了拿出來就吃)

雞胸肉泡鹽水後蒸(電鍋150ml水 跳鍋以後悶約10分)
之後看要切片或者撕絲搭配其他食物
奶油炒菇 苦茶油煎蛋 水煮秋葵

某天的點心 酪梨蛋包配起司

sourcream菇菇燉雞 水煮毛豆 酪梨 (醬汁:辣椒醬 醋 醬油)

有時候很懶就直接雞胸切塊加毛豆炒 再淋在水煮青菜上XD
(大蒜爆香 雞胸肉下後加各種喜歡的醬汁)

討厭秋葵黏液感的可以試著炒看看喔!!

最近喜歡把肉槌過再煎 煎好灑點椒鹽 很嫩又有汁喔!!
很想像便當王那樣煮但是冰箱很小冷凍又塞滿毛豆啊>"<
