卡關半年 - 健身

從去年11月左右開始重訓
去的是學校的健身房
今年三月開始終分部位練
目前是一週練三次 胸+三頭 背+二頭 腿
但重量跟體重,體態感覺卡關半年都沒什麼進步
體重從去年9月57公斤 到現在63公斤
但半年來都無法再重
現在是大學生 除了讀書有些課業壓力跟一些活動外
還有打系籃 一週練兩次球
目前要再加健身次數是蠻困難
想請問一周三次是不是練太少
還是吃的不夠多的可能比較大
因為我也不太會計算熱量
吃的可能跟一般人差不多 +個宵夜這樣
食量也不是很大,想多吃但有時候就是吃不下
希望各位可以給我一些建議或方向
