減脂期,低脂與全脂牛奶差異 - 健身

各位巨巨好,
小弟本身有習慣喝牛奶+乳清或是牛奶+麥片,
一天約喝600~800cc牛奶,
目前希望體脂肪再降低, 假設其他飲食都是相同的狀況,
不曉得全脂與低脂牛奶差異真的會很大嗎?
會這樣比較,是聽過全脂牛奶營養成分比較高,
低脂經過額外加工過成, 營養有流失
也看過有些文章, 就算再減脂期, 好的脂肪攝取其實也是蠻必要的,
對於促進肌肉生長也有幫助?
不曉得有無大大有相關心得可以分享一下
