一個人好難練 - 健身

因為上班的關係,健身的時間從下午變成晚上
平常一起練的朋友也無法再繼續一起練
感覺起來沒人補好難練,不敢嘗試做重一點
原來,有人幫補是這麼好的一回事!
(小弟做的重量對各位來說可能很輕,哈)
今天自己做推胸,含槓才50公斤
做到第9下都還可以,第10下卻突然沒力,推也推不起來
整個很囧,只好把槓放在腹部,然後旁邊好心人看到幫了我一把,真感謝XD
