比較適合的運動時間? - 健身

不好意思 想請問一下大家
因為想練出腹肌 只要求肉眼看起來有就好(因為一輩子沒有過)
從五月開始 本來是滾輪而已
到五月底找到這個板 開始做電腦人
可是整個完成時間還是很慢 而且第八個動作實在太難了
我一星期的有氧運動大概可以
跑兩次步(大約6KM)早上或晚上
跟一次游泳(1KM)大多是下午 傍晚
跑步游泳一星期加起來大概3到4次
然後電腦人運動是每天回到家才做 可是回家大概都10點半以後 有時11點
把滾輪移到學校有空閒的時候 在研究室推一推(但不是每天)
只是10點半或11點才做電腦人運動 感覺最近早上好像都爬不太起來 有點累
不知道適不是前一天運動的影響
只是想問大家 比較適合訓練時間是哪時候?
是否睡前不要運動比較好呢?
