其實我本來就不算胖
170cm/61kg
但是因為是女生,所以看起來整個就是有點大隻...
於是跟辦公室同事比賽起減肥..為期一個半月
早餐: 水果 (蘋果半顆+芭樂半顆)+ 無糖紅茶 (或是無糖咖啡)
中餐:自備午餐盒 (飯量減半+兩樣青菜+一樣肉) 盡量少油無主
晚餐:都在家中吃 通常不吃飯 但是大量的青菜+湯+肉(除了飯以外,其他照吃)
下午茶時間:辦公室大家都在吃雞排 or 50嵐 但是我視而不見
真的很想吃的話,偷咬同事的一口
秉持著有吃到就好!!!
還有堅持不能喝有糖飲料 + 甜點
健身房:每周三~四次 每次35分鐘 消耗約500大卡
渴的時候就茶水~我不愛香片 或是綠茶,所以我都買英格蘭紅茶,然後準備一個水壺
渴了就喝~不渴也會多少喝一點!!
PS 之前不知道在哪裡看到報導說,有時候飢餓的感覺,其實只是身體發出口渴的訊號,
所以感覺餓的話,我會先喝水,還是餓的話,才會吃一點水果! 或是等到正餐
平時在辦公室的時候,能走就多走,沒人要去送公文,我就自願,有人揪要去廁所
我也會去走走,順便讓眼睛休息一下!
餓的點大概會分成三個時段,
10:30 ~ 吃一點水果,像是番茄 (吃東西的時候盡量多咬幾下)
15:30 ~ 這個點是最痛苦的,因為大家都在吃點心,所以我會喝無糖高纖豆漿
(補充蛋白質+有飽足感)
21:30 ~剛從健身房回來,其實有點餓,但是我會喝水,或是真的很想吃的話,
就喝蒟蒻(摩斯的蒟蒻現在買一送一)
睡前邊看電視 變做仰臥起坐,這個有點困難,我剛開始每天50下,還要分兩次,
現在可以一口氣做80下!!
我還有在吃綠藻片+維他命C,感覺可以幫助排便,體內環保也很重要!!
PS 喝水真的很重要!我在許達夫醫生的一本書看到,喝電解水可以幫助身體,
所以我早上起床,也會先喝250 CC !
每天量體重三次,早上起床一次,下午一次,晚上睡前一次
當然,這期間也會有遇到有朋友約吃大餐,千萬別拒絕,人還是需要吃大餐的!!
不過,我都會時時告訴自己,我在減肥,所以要適量的吃,或是今天吃過多,
接下來的三天就要更克制,或是運動更多!(建議大餐吃中午的,然後晚餐就別吃了)
另外,我真的很愛吃甜點,期間也偷吃了冰淇淋,布丁,沙拉,巧克力等等
但是要記得,不可以放肆大吃!秉持著有吃到就好的精神!!
現在我早上起床約54.5公斤(穿睡衣),下午約55.3(穿牛仔褲),比賽結束之後,
繼續維持了兩個禮拜,又更常偷吃冰淇淋了,但是健身房+走路+仰臥起坐,還是不能少!
而且千萬不能抱持著,今天太累,明天做double!一定要天天做!
前天我竟然可以穿上我高中的制服褲!!真是讓我開心,睽違了7年耶!!
我一定會好好繼續抱持的!!變瘦真的很開心,有自信多了,
少吃垃圾食物後氣色也變好,而且我現在可以對飲料+可樂+雞排+等等視而不見
完全不會有想吃的衝動!!!但是,甜點就真的無法克制了 XD
