簡單交代一下
原PO 158 體重57
經歷一個半月的運動
(跑步30~40分 + 健身車15~20分) 加起來約1小時
一週3~4天
飲食白天正常吃
早餐就一個小碗皮蛋粥or起司蛋吐司+小杯豆漿
中餐就一個素便當or羹麵
偶爾會有一杯500cc 鮮奶茶
晚上一杯豆漿
我很痛恨去計算熱量
不過我運動量沒有偷懶
雖然體重掉得很慢
(基代1250左右)
不過至少有在變化 T_T
減肥前看到體重機都是58.X~59.X在跳動
減到目前是56.X~57.X在跳動 (大約一個多月)
雖然這樣的速度很慢
不過至少他是穩定下去
毅力阿!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS.體脂計是不是都騙人的阿~體脂變化最好一下33% 一下30% 一下又變29%
