(早餐通常吃不太下,有時豆漿會取消)
午餐:雞胸肉 + 綠色花椰菜 + 菇類 + 地瓜/飯
(全水煮,會加鹽巴或薑調味,裝滿橢圓形便當盒,17公分)
晚餐:雞胸肉 + 青菜 + 蛋 + 冬粉
(常加班,加班的話都吃公司餐,乾麵,貢丸湯,都滿油的)
水果:葡萄柚半顆/蘋果半顆/香蕉一根/小番茄半碗(任一)
運動完會喝一杯牛奶
日常作息時間:上班時間0800-1900(都坐在椅子上)
2400點睡(我知道不該熬夜的...)

例2:騎腳踏車一小時,心跳數約130~150左右,持續1個月
慢跑 一周4-5次 晚上跑操場
一開始 9分/公里 30分鐘
目前 6-7分/公里 40分鐘 心跳130-140
運動時間持續一個多月,時間跟速度是慢慢調整,依身體可接受範圍.
我的問題:
最近幾次跑步當下膝蓋會痛,左膝狀況比較明顯,可是跑完又沒事了.
這幾天下雨順便讓身體休息兩天,今天去跑又遇到一樣的狀況.
運動後肌肉沒有明顯痠痛,也有乖乖暖身跟收操.
跑步時我是以整個腳掌著地的方式.
想請教各位我的運動方式應該如何調整?
