參考照片:下半身肥腫 褲子要買L號 大腿21吋
早餐:1.義美豆奶無糖 沒有賣有時候會買低糖 (大部分10點後起床才吃的)
2.鮪魚三明治 義美豆奶無糖(8點~9點起床)
3.乳酪雜糧麵包1/4份 +黃豆粉加燕麥 一大碗(目測有400ML)
午餐:1.自助餐有過水不配白飯(選3菜+無油炸的帶皮豬肉片)+黃豆粉加燕麥400ml
2.便當(鹹豬肉/紅麴豬肉) 白飯吃一半
晚餐:1.自助餐(4菜都過水)+黃豆粉加燕麥
2.滷味過水三次,不加湯汁調味料,只加酸菜
(秀珍菇/香菇二選一、花椰菜、豆芽菜以上都飲料裝的小袋分量+百頁豆腐半條)
3.雞絲潤餅 不加花生粉 (跟600ml寶特瓶一樣粗 但短一點)
有運動,會吃芭樂一顆/小蕃茄25粒止餓
其他:
日常作息時間:看課表決定起床
周二、三7點半~8點起床
周一、四睡到中午
周五9點半起床
晚上睡覺大部分是在12點~2點
最近 都在3點過後睡...今天半夜6點才睡 睡到下午3點...
一個禮拜有4天大號 不濕不硬...

一個禮拜選二、三天 慢跑40分(跑得比較快 會喘..少部分用走的)
跑完後會以操場1/4圈快跑 一圈跑兩次衝刺 剩下都以慢跑(像快走那麼快..)
跑完後會用 深蹲作四組 一組20下 休息20秒
最近大部分是晚上7、8點運動,也是吃完晚餐後才運動的
我的問題:
以上飲食、運動實行一個禮拜 為什麼體脂肪+2%
是不是作息不正常?還是運動強度不夠?
我上半身肩膀、手臂都正常 但肚子下半身很肥
麻煩大家指教了...我快要放棄了..減脂好痛苦...
4/12補充:為什麼運動後要吃香蕉? 對了今天中餐改到下午吃
一碗牛肉麵有四塊牛肉 但我吃了麵條 湯喝一半卻吃不下QAO
