原PO飲食極度不正常所以體脂很高是個很想改的壞毛病
恩~我都1.3.5固定練
2.4.6.7(誤)看心情跟狀態 不夠酸不夠爽就再操
課表都集中上半身為了穿衣服好看
腳看奇檬子隨意練練
以下
胸
雙槓熱身15~20下 *2
史密斯45度臥推
40KG 12~15下 *2
50KG 10~12下 *2
史密斯臥推
50KG 15下 *2
60KG 12下 *2
65KG 10下 *2
70KG 8下 *2
30KG 15下 練到沒力
以上在60KG以後都是不碰胸的 個人感覺比較有刺激到
再來去作其他機器跟蝴蝶機 操到死!

反握 10~12 *2~3組
再來作機器划船那些
還有一個是用啞鈴半蹲彎腰往上舉 單手 7.5KG 10~12下 *3

我用drop set作
7.5kg-5kg-2.5kg 各10下 *2
8下 *1
6下 *1 不一定有力氣做= =
可是學校的2.5KG壞了 所以空手做.....還是會酸
再來太閒的話會玩玩平舉那些

以上都為單手 12.5~15KG好重所以沒有全部放下去
