一個關於游蛙式減體脂的問題 - 健身

版上各位大大好
小弟由於重量訓練受傷 最近能做的有氧運動只剩下游泳
而且醫師建議最好只游蛙式
可是我常常游完泳覺得
不太會喘 心跳也沒有很快(大概游30分鐘1k上下)
我知道要達到燃燒脂肪 要心跳120持續30分鐘
才會從消耗體內的醣類轉換成消耗囤積的脂肪
所以我在想我這樣的游泳方式是不是不太有效率
可是我最近在想
假設我把原本蛙式的 踢腿一次 換氣一次
改成 踢腿兩次 換氣一次
這樣游的話心跳馬上加速 也漸漸得喘氣
這樣會使有氧運動效率更好嗎???
不知道是不是個蠢問題.....但我誠心發問
希望版上專家來幫小弟解惑一夏~~
