在版主宣揚要吃到基代的健康概念之後
這種沒營養的推文就漸漸多了起來
吃太少:
是熱量不夠? 還是哪方面的飲食要增強以攝取不足的營養素?
要增加,那要增加多少分量?
如果你也不知道,那又有什麼資格給建議呢? 別人誠心發問打一堆資料
只給三個字對於對方有什麼幫助? 對方真的去吃多一點就瘦的下來?
常常有人在規律的運動下體重/體脂卻卡了幾個月
是跟他吃的熱量太多有關,剛好輸出的跟進入的幾乎互相抵銷了
當然或許跟"動的不夠多、身體適應平時的運動等等"也有關,
但"進剛好等於出"是最直接的
這時候晚餐少吃一點,是很有機會突破停滯期又不太影響日常生活的作法
而且就算身高體重一樣,每個人營養能攝取的比例、代謝能力都不一樣
Fitness版本來就是要健康的身體,但也不要矯枉過正
不要人家瘦不下來就是一句吃太少or動太少,除非有些真的仙女餐的
不然看到熱量算一算明明有到基代只是碰到停滯期就被丟一句吃太少...實在很無言
當然也可以說,對方不看置底、沒爬文等等讓你奇摩子不爽
但就健康並"成功的瘦下來"這點來說你真的有足夠的知識嗎?
還是只靠那三個字就想來插一嘴呢?
