我在家運動都是跟著水管的影片練的
其實youtube上資源十分豐富,輸入yoga, pilates, cardio, zumba...之類的就有
很多影片可以跟著練習
可以搜尋"鄭多燕"也很多影片 XD
當然影片內容有好有壞
我是滿推薦以下幾個頻道

內容十分豐富:有氧和阻力訓練,近期的影片還會幫你算消耗多少熱量
優點:包山包海、影片很多、內容豐富、有正妹教學 >////<
缺點:沒有背景音樂,男教練的聲音聽久會煩。我都打開另一個視窗聽pandora

正妹老師是教皮拉提斯,但也會加入有氧運動。動作都有些難度,所以請不要隨便練。
老師對於比較困難的動作都會示範替代動作來減輕對膝蓋、手肘、腰和背部的負荷

Cassey老師月初都會分享一個calendar,就是她安排的訓練課表啦
我之前都看心情練習,後來有一個月按表操課後我的身材就比較有肌肉線條了!!

優點:內容豐富、老師超嗨會一直講話、鼓勵你不準放棄!!
缺點:滿多動作沒做好容易受傷....

兩位正妹老師教的,內容偏向阻力訓練。內容算是初級的,她們會帶你一輪然後要你再重複
2-3次
優點:風景美麗 (都在海灘上)、一樣有正妹XDDD
缺點:影片比較短
其它:
瑜珈:Tara Stiles 適合初學者!!
有氧:Jillian Michaels (在美國很紅的教練,出很多DVD,但有些影片水管有)
注意: 這些都是在家中可以做的運動,但手邊最好有瑜珈墊和啞鈴
(我通常都用5磅的)。初學者請挑"Beginner"程度,最好從影片時間最短的開始,
先看影片確認難易度。
