如何讓體力透支卻又不受傷? - 健身

這個問題可能有點奇怪,不過這邊有在運動的人也許會有經驗。
(絕對很)
像是正常的運動若是想更消耗體力,不外乎就是把時間拉長,或是增加速度及重量。
通常這麼做會伴隨喘個不停、隔天肌肉痠痛之類的,嚴重一點甚至會受傷。
自己本身剛培養運動習慣兩個多月,每天慢跑,也以相當不熟練的溺水式換氣游著自由式.
(男生 bmi 29.5) (游得很爛)
然而最近心理上的壓力,透過平常的運動還是難以抒發,便想體驗看看運動到腦袋一片空
白、體力耗盡無法動彈的情況。
不過光是平常的運動,腿或肩膀都會受傷了,更別提若是百米速度跑2000M、不停歇反覆
游泳的方式。
雖然有嘗試過健身房重訓完(2hr),直接去操場慢跑感受到疲累難以出力,卻還是不滿足。
想讓自己更累,累到不成人形,連坐在電腦前面用PTT、開D槽都沒有力氣的地步,然而卻
不至於造成運動傷害,或是能將運動傷害降低就好。
所以想請教體適能版上的各位前輩,是否能提供
運動傷害較低卻又能大量消耗體力 的運動方式呢?
