這樣排組數差不多在25組內 還是哪些項目要加強的?
蠻多人會分 推/拉天的 如果只練兩天有需要這樣分嗎?

1. 啞鈴斜板上推 12 10 8 8 /平板上推(第二天)
2. 站姿啞鈴肩推 12*4
3. 啞鈴側飛鳥+前平舉 8-10*3
背/後三角
4. 啞鈴單臂上拉 12*4
5. 坐姿划船 / 滑輪下拉 (第二天)
