都是中午
不過我這幾週都有去爬山 大概爬兩小時
游泳一小時 一周有五天
然後大概都吃素 早餐幾乎都只喝芝麻糊 饅頭之類的(之前都吃豬排蛋+中溫奶)
不過昨天下背有點痛 不會是腎有問題吧
還是腎結石 爬山是留很多汗
游泳還好 可是蛙式會用到腰 不知道是不是因為這樣所以會痛
