一公斤的脂肪,要消耗7700卡的熱量才能從身上消失,但這7700卡,指的是
每天多消耗,而且真正從身上脂肪消耗的7700卡。不管

光是MGH就這麼多卡了 這個7700是不是少了一個大字阿 果是大卡
就是要除以1000 也就是爬上去一次 至少就有44KCAL 以上
來回一次少說也是60-80KCAL 我每天都爬 算一次100KCAL
100*5 還有晚上游泳 吃飯減量 減重是正常的 我之前真的吃太多了
早 中 晚 宵夜 :P 而且不肉不歡 真的要多吃素
