一天之中體態轉變的時刻?? - 健身

請問有人知道一天之中體態轉變的時候是哪一段嗎?
當一個人運動多或攝取熱量少
漸漸的會變瘦 例如肚子慢慢變小 腰圍慢慢變小
但是會在某一個時間轉變最多呢? 例如是 睡覺的時候? 或是運動的時候?
還是每一個人不同呢?
還是一切都是是在漸漸的進行?沒有明顯的時間?
反之 當一個人逐漸變胖的時候 也會是一天的在哪一段時間改變呢?
個人認為是睡覺的時候
(自己亂猜想 因為休息的時候 所以身體有某些運作
因此一覺醒來體態與昨天有些差異)
麻煩有經驗或是知道答案的人是否可以分享? 謝謝!
