早餐:1.手工山東大饅頭+桂格零脂肪牛奶
2.costco貝果(原味/藍莓/全麥蜂蜜)+無糖豆漿400ml
3.無糖玉米片兩份+低脂鮮乳300ml
4.傳統攤販早餐店的饅頭夾蛋+桂格零脂肪牛奶
5.7-11藍莓貝果搭套餐飲品
午餐:<吃家裡>
1.阿木有煮:
主食:白飯或糙米飯一碗
副食:炒絲瓜蝦米/油醋醬沾豆腐/炒黑木耳/燙綠花椰菜
肉:蒸雞胸肉/虱目魚(非每餐有)
可有可無:海苔醬
2.阿木沒煮:
主食:手工山東大饅頭
飲品:馬玉山沖泡包/即溶咖啡包
下午茶:水果兩份(芭樂/水梨/蘋果/文旦/奇異果/櫻桃)
家裡有什麼吃什麼 芭樂最常吃
晚餐:同午餐
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:00:00~00:30睡覺
07:30~08:00起床吃早餐
生活型態:考生
運動習慣:下午五點左右會去國小操場跑步,一週約5天,
遇飯局/下雨,就沒去了
1.原本都連續慢跑21圈,約32分,心跳約130
2.這週開始改成連續慢跑14圈,約20分,心跳約130
然後走一圈,約兩分鐘,休息一下
再連續慢跑14圈,約22分,心跳約130
3.身體不適時,走操場21圈,約45分,心跳沒量
(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
我的問題:此種運動模式已經維持了至少三個月了,
但是體脂肪不見有任何動靜><"
大約一年前開始養成運動的習慣,
體重都是慢慢的降,因為會有飯局/節慶/爆走/鬼打牆的時候XD
但是體脂肪一直沒有動靜><" 居高不下(嘆)
我是不是吃太多了阿......=3=
運動強度是否還需要提升呢??
