去年的這個時候
總是一下班休息一下(四點半)
就往公園跑步
一跑就是五十分鐘
可是夏天來了
跑步的時間太熱
燥熱感另我難受
只能在家看影片動或做阻力訓練
夏天過了
重新跑步使我好無力
沒多久就覺得好累..
挫敗感好大
一沒動
我又害怕會越來越胖....
家人總說「我看你運動又沒變瘦」
我只能安慰自己沒變胖就好了
唉:(
