一天喝幾湯匙乳清 - 健身

曾經有個帶我健身的朋友跟我說
每天早上喝一匙、睡前喝一匙
有健身的話,健完再喝兩匙
但我當時是新手,我頂多健完才喝
早晚沒在喝
到現在,我偶爾早上或下午餓的話會喝乳清解一下飢
我比較好奇的是,有人為了方便
真的以乳清當主要蛋白質補充嗎?
因為一塊100克的肉也才25g蛋白質
一天兩餐50g蛋白質
如果體重70kg, 至少一天要140-210g蛋白質
至少再喝個5匙乳清會比較保險?
如果靠吃作補充,除非餐餐自己煮
而且要吃到200g的肉才會比較充足 (肉超多
缺點應該就是麻煩跟比較花錢
不知道我一天喝到四匙乳清會不會太超過...?
