想問一下
如果一整天都在騎飛輪
依飛輪照表上顯示燃燒7700卡的話
有可能會直接瘦一公斤脂肪嗎?
運動完後再補滿蛋白質2.5-3倍的話
應該掉肌肉可減輕吧
7700卡的熱量 飛輪應該要騎770分鐘
大約13個小時的騎乘就可以達成
中間都只補充水和礦物質的話
是不是可以快速減脂?
